Abstract : Lean is a collection of techniques and practices that, when properly implemented, can significantly improve the current standard of operations while also ensuring a large number of beneficial financial and economic results and improving employee behaviour. As a result, in today's intensely competitive world it gains significant relevance. This article provides a detailed review of many Lean Startup techniques using a number of methodologies. As a result, it provides a comprehensive picture of how Lean Startups are applied and how they contribute to enhancing quality while lowering costs. The lean concepts had not been thoroughly explored in the context of startups. This explains why this research is being conducted. The novelty of this paper is that it is the first attempt to conduct a literature review on lean concepts in startups.
