Qualification

  • Bachelor's /Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics etc.

  • BTech with an MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, Digital Marketing Analyst, or similar data-focused role, preferably in the EdTech or online education sector.

Job Description Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Analysis:
    Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from diverse sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, ad platforms, social media, email marketing, website analytics).
    Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify trends and opportunities.
    Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key marketing KPIs across all channels (website traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, organic search performance).

  • Brand Strategy & Development:
    Define, articulate, and evolve Amrita Online's brand positioning. Identify brand differentiation opportunities and audience perceptions.
    Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital channels.

  • SEO Analysis & Optimization:
    Monitor organic search performance, identify ranking opportunities, and track keyword trends. Analyze website crawlability, indexability, and overall technical SEO health.
    Provide data-backed recommendations for on-page and technical SEO improvements to enhance organic visibility and traffic.

  • Strategic Insights & Optimization:
    Identify insights from data to recommend improvements for all digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
    Support A/B testing and other experimentation to optimize campaign effectiveness and user experience.
    Contribute to forecasting and budget allocation based on robust data analysis. 

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console).

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.

  • Good understanding of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and principles.

  • Basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
