• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).


• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or affiliate marketing, including 3–4 years in leadership.

This role involves developing and executing partnership strategies, securing and managing high-value alliances, and leveraging these relationships to fuel performance-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Designing and executing partnership strategies aligned with growth goals.


• Identifying, onboarding, and negotiating with strategic partners, including corporates for employee upskilling initiatives.


• Managing long-term relationships with partners, acting as the primary contact to ensure effective communication and operational excellence.


• Monitoring and optimizing partner performance and resolving issues proactively.


• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new partnership opportunities. 


• Reporting on partnership outcomes and their impact on business growth. Qualifications:


• Experience in EdTech or online education preferred. 


• Proven success in building strategic partnerships and executing data-driven marketing.


• Strong digital marketing knowledge, negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.


• Proficiency in CRM and partnership tools.
