| Job description | 1. Act as a Primary contact person for any medical emergencies in the campus, in the absence of Campus Doctor. 2. Assist the Campus Doctor in the Medical room. 3. Coordinate with Hostel Wardens to understand the health concerns of students. 4. Conducting screenings and write feedback for the Doctor for further action. 5. Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration, oxygen saturation) 6. Provide First Aid/wound care/ emergency injuries, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options. 7. Monitor & provide healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems and pre-existing health conditions. 8. Provide care for those who report sick. 9. Administer vaccines and inoculation shots when required. 10. Record patient health history – keep up to date record (document all injuries & illnesses). 11. Administer prescribed medications and documented therapeutic effects. 12. Help the Doctor with her work as necessary |
