Refund to candidates who have made initial fees payment / full fees payment and wish to get refund of the payment will be processed only after the completion of the final round of counselling (after July 15th )

Withdrawal Requests received upto 31st October, 2023

The entire academic fees plus Caution Deposit after deducting the processing fee of Rs.1000/- plus Uniform and ID Card Charges will be refunded. 

Withdrawal Requests received after 31st October, 2023

No refund of any academic fees 

Refund to candidates withdrawing after the commencement of classes will be made only after submission of no dues Certificate.

All refund processes will be online ONLY through our AOAP portal. Candidates are therefore, required to request for withdrawal and refund through our AOAP portal and furnish the correct and valid Bank details for effecting the refund. The refund will be made only through account transfer to the account number mentioned in the withdrawal request.

Refund will not be initiated if the bank details are incorrect and invalid. University should not be held responsible for non-receipt of refund due to incorrect and invalid bank details furnished to the University by the candidates.

Upon commencement of classes, candidates will be treated as “ADMITTED” irrespective of whether the candidate is physically present, unless withdrawn. The number of days will be counted only from the date of withdrawal request submitted for effecting the refund of academic fees.

Refund will be effected in 15 (Fifteen) working days time from the receipt of the withdrawal request.
