Goshala Expedition – 4/5/2023

The club organized a peaceful walk to the Goshala within the campus. This experience allowed members to connect with nature and discuss the importance of mindfulness, relationship with oneself, the scientific significance of traditional cultural practices and the relationship between humans and the environment. The event reinforced the club’s commitment to spiritual growth, cultural awareness, environmental consciousness, and the overall development of its members. It was a transformative journey that highlighted the significance of unity with nature in our spiritual awakening.

A Visit to ISHA – 26/11/2023

The Sadhana Club recently visited the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore. It involved visits to Teerthakunds, Dhyanalinga, Adiyogi and it was an opportunity for members to engage in deep discussions about spirituality and self-discovery. They explored topics like the evolution of consciousness and the difference between an ordinary individual and a realized soul. The conversations held during the excursion resonated profoundly with our club’s core mission of fostering spiritual enlightenment and holistic growth among our members. The exchange of ideas and insights contributed significantly to our collective pursuit of deeper spiritual understanding.
