Objectives

At the end of the program, participants will:

  • Discover the theme of suicide prevention month: Creating hope through action
  • Review the aspects of mental health in times of pandemic
  • Apply the strategies of crisis interventions in personal and professional life
  • Understand the concept of mental health first aid
  • Apprehend the importance of mental wellness
  • Build the ability to use emotional intelligence
  • Recognize their role in suicide prevention
