Percy Cardozo is a psychologist and educator with over 25 years of experience in child development, adolescent health, and education. She has successfully delivered mental health and counseling services to children, adolescents, and their families in several states in India. Percy has also worked extensively with educational institutions throughout India, training several groups in educational settings ranging from elementary schools to India’s leading institutions, such as the Indian Technological Institutes (IITs). She is passionate about creating supportive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments. She leads school projects in Goa, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, leveraging her expertise in designing interventions to improve the learning environment.
