About the Workshop

Artificial Intelligence for Biomedical Signal and Image Processing (AIBiSIP)

This workshop is aimed at employing Artificial Intelligence in healthcare. It will provide insight into various aspects while handling data obtained via ECG, PPG, MRI images, Retinal images etc. In healthcare, before a diagnosis, several issues like noise, interference, signal quality assessment etc., should be dealt with. This workshop will focus on imparting a wider perspective on these problems. Due to recent advancements in technology, Artificial Intelligence is applied in every field.  With various sub-domains like Machine Learning, Deep Learning and other Neural systems, Artificial Intelligence has contributed several solutions for the detection and diagnosis of various diseases. The sessions in this workshop will be focused on addressing problems in domains like Healthcare Monitoring Devices, the Internet of Things (IoT), Stress Assessment, Neural Network applications in modalities like ECG, Imaging, etc. Various hands-on sessions are planned to reinforce the lectures in these areas.
