Bio

Dr. Akhil Arun joined as a lecturer in the Department of Pharmacy Practice,Amrita School of Pharmacy in August 2023. He completed his PharmD with Gold Medal and Bachelor’s of Pharmacy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences,Bangalore, MBA in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management from Dr. DY PatilVidyapeeth, Pune. He is currently pursuing his Global Clinical Scholar Training,Harvard Medical School,Boston,USA.He has 5 international publications in his name. His major areas of interest are Pharmacogenetics and Pharmacogenomics,Clinical Research, Genetic Epidemiology and Psychiatric Pharmacotherapy.
