Dr. Chandra is a dependable and sincere plastic surgeon with special interest in traumatic & non traumatic hand reconstruction, brachial plexus and peripheral nerve surgeries & microvascular reconstruction. Skilled in performing variety of general plastic, trauma, Burns & microsurgical procedures independently. Eager to learn and refine, both surgical and academic skills in the field.
