Qualification

  • A Master’s degree in Management from a recognized university. A minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale) in the Master's degree.

  • National Eligibility Test (NET) qualified/ SET or Ph.D. exemption for NET (if applicable).
Job Description The Assistant Professor (Management) is responsible for teaching management courses, conducting research, and mentoring students. The required qualification shall be as per UGC/ BCI guidelines. The role includes developing course materials, engaging in academic activities, and contributing to the department’s growth.

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in management, including subjects like marketing, finance, human resources, and operations.

  • Develop and update course syllabi to ensure they align with current management trends and industry practices.

  • Conduct research in management and contribute to academic publications, conferences, and industry studies. 

  • Mentor students by providing academic guidance and supporting their career development.

  • Design, evaluate, and grade student assignments, exams, and projects with constructive feedback. 

  • Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives.

  • Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops, seminars, and industry events to stay updated in the management field. The appointment will be subject to approval of BCI.
