Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham invites applications from passionate and skilled professionals to join the Heritage Herald Project under ASF/Amrita WNA. This project aims to preserve and promote India’s tangible, intangible, and natural heritage using cutting-edge technology. ASF is a school working with an objective to nurture sustainable and resilient communities, embodying our commitment to a brighter, more equitable future for all in various thematic areas.

Amrita WNA is a research center that has a vision of promoting, developing, and applying the use of wireless technologies in a variety of fields that would benefit society. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. or those intending to pursue a Ph.D. while contributing to this project.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.

  • Experience with IoT systems, 3D modeling, and real-time data integration.
Job Location Kollam, Kerala
Job Description

  • Design and develop digital twin models of villages and heritage sites, sustainable initiatives, disaster management sites, initiatives in the area of agriculture, healthcare, education etc.

  • Integrate IoT, GIS, and AR/VR data into cohesive digital replicas.

  • Candidates pursuing or holding a PhD in digital twin technologies will be prioritized. (Preferred)
Experience Preferred minimum 2 years in digital twin development or related domains.
