Doctor

• MBBS degree with valid registration (MCI/State Medical Council), minimum 3–5 years clinical experience, preferably in institutional or residential settings.

Nurse

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration, minimum 2–4 years nursing experience in clinical or institutional care.

• Provide medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for minor ailments and injuries.


• Administer first aid, medications, injections, and basic nursing care under the supervision of the Doctor.


• Manage medical emergencies promptly and coordinate referrals to external healthcare facilities as necessary.


• Conduct regular health check-ups, vaccination drives, and health awareness programs on campus.


• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, prescriptions, and clinic inventories.


• Ensure proper maintenance and stock of medicines, medical equipment, and supplies in the clinic.


• Assist in health education initiatives to promote wellness and hygiene among campus residents.


• Coordinate with local hospitals, emergency services, and regulatory bodies when required.


• Maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with institutional policies.
