Abstract : In this study, we present an idea of combining techniques of cryptography together with graph labeling for secure communication of messages. Here, we used labeling method called Radio mean labeling. Encryption and Decryption processes involving a Radio mean labeled cipher graph have been explained in detail. Encryption process make use of Playfair cipher substitution as well as transposition techniques. Encrypted text is sent to receiver as a sequence of edges or vertices of cipher graph representing encrypted text. Using the cipher graph, receiver can decrypt the received sequence of numbers to original text message.
