Abstract : We report the case of a 41 year old male with repeated admissions of symptomatic hyponatremia (seizures, behavioural abnormalities) who presented to us in a mute state. Evaluation of the hyponatremia revealed hypopituitarism and his symptoms completely subsided on therapy with eltroxin.
