Abstract : The Wireless sensor network has emerged as the new technology that will have a profound effect in all the fields being wireless in nature. Sensors are tiny nodes which have power constraints as a challenge. In this paper, we decide to conserve the energy and avoid the congestion of packets, so we have to find a route for transmission, so two cluster heads are used i.e. Secondary cluster head (SCH) and Primary cluster head (PCH) which will act as the carrier of data till the base station. One Secondary CH is chosen using fuzzy logic with the inputs which are-remaining battery, distance from node to base station and the speed of the nodes, whereas for each cluster one PCH is selected based on the distance from the center. Thus a route is found out with the SCH and PCH in the route thus conserving the energy of the nodes. The data packet delivery process is also shown in this paper with the help of two buffer policies. As each node has data packets which has different priorities (High priority & Low priority) thus the packets are being delivered by the nodes in the route also apart from the initiator, the number of type of packets to be transmitted by the nodes in the route is decided with two buffer policies, which is Single Buffer policy and Dual Buffer policy. Both the policies are analyzed and studied for a number of iterations. © 2017 IEEE.
