Abstract : The unleashed concept of start-up was in minds of many Indians over many decades unknowingly start-ups were flavour to new innovations. Self-identity of an entrepreneur plays an important role in decision making and therefore the new ideology of start-up revision came into existence. Even in the course of the years of evolution of new innovation and idea identifying, starts-ups innovation has not broken out of the cocoon. This study focuses on critical assessments of both Consumer and Entrepreneur Retrospectives on Start-ups in Kerala, Where certain variables are weighed in perception of customers and entrepreneurs.
