Abstract : Composite product expect a massive work in the lessening in weight in the transport industry. The usage of the natural fiber reinforced composite wheel rim provides more reduced weight and biodegradability. The static evaluation of the wheel rim using finite element technique was examined in this work. Geometric parameters of the wheel rim shall be used for consideration. It takes into account the dimensions of the current two-wheeler wheel rim. The static investigation, for example, by using finite element techniques, deformation, deflection, stress - strain, is performed for three variants of composites S-Glass Fiber reinforced Epoxy Composite, S-Glass Fiber + Untreated Hemp Fiber + Epoxy Composite and S-Glass Fiber + Treated Hemp Fiber + Epoxy Composite . S-glass fiber untreated hemp fiber reinforced epoxy composites are shown to show less deformation and are better suited for wheel rims.
