Abstract : What nanoworld can do to disinfect, diagnose, prevent or treat COVID-19 infection is an emerging question; needs critical assessment. One of the possible answers could be it can develop nanodevices that combat with the virus during spreading and instantly convert into a vaccine, thus enable "nano-instant vaccine" that has significance in adaptation with the virus over time. Another possibility is that at subtherapeutic concentrations prophylactic agents can be loaded and delivered after concurrently diagnosing it giving way for a new area of "prophynostics". Such systems have fast translational potential. This review is trying to develop a roadmap to achieve these two goals.
