Dr. Neha Bhardwaj is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. With extensive experience, she has previously worked for nearly 3 years at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Rohtak. Dr. Bhardwaj earned her Ph.D. from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, and her teaching interests primarily encompass consumer behavior, services marketing, and marketing management for postgraduate students. She has also delivered doctoral-level courses on Marketing Theory, Meta Analysis, and SLR (Systematic Literature Review). In the realm of research, Dr. Bhardwaj specializes in customer experience management, customer engagement, evolving consumer behavior, and the impact of new technology and media on these aspects. Her research has been published in esteemed journals like the International Journal of Consumer Studies, Journal of Marketing Communications, Journal of Research in Interactive Marketing, and more. Dr. Bhardwaj’s dedication to both teaching and research underscores her significant contributions to the field of marketing and academia.
