The Center for Women’s Empowerment & Gender Equality in collaboration with the Amrita Center for Research and Development (ACRD), recently organized an international workshop for researchers on “Defining and Refining – Research Methodology Workshop on First Steps in Research” from August 2 – 4, 2019.
Faculty members included Dr. Padma Rao Sahib, University of Groningen, The Netherlands, and Dr. Sandeep Pillai, Università Bocconi, Milan, Italy, leading the workshop at Amritapuri campus of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. This workshop was intended to expose researchers to tools to help define research questions for themselves. The workshop was a combination of lectures, presentations by students and feedback sessions.
