Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s UNESCO Chair on Experiential Learning for Sustainable Innovation and Development, Amrita School for Sustainable Futures (ASF) and Saxion University of Applied Sciences (The Netherlands) are jointly organizing a workshop “Circular Business Models for a Sustainable Future”.

This workshop features experts and practitioners in the field of Business Model and Sustainability, to explore tools, methods and practices for addressing real-world community based challenges. Hands-on workshop sessions will introduce participants to new tools to address sustainability challenges through business model circularity.

About

Circular business models contribute to creating value for sustainable community development. A proper business model can increase resource efficiency, social inclusion, livelihood improvement and resilience of communities.

This online workshop aims to put theory into practice. It will focus on hands-on engagement and real-life cases to explore innovative approaches and tools to build more circular and sustainable business models. Through hands-on activities, participants can apply specific sustainability tools and methods to real-life cases. This will engage students, faculties, and experts from multi-disciplinary backgrounds on specific sustainability topics of both local and global relevance.
