He has worked in teaching positions at the Kerala Government Engineering Colleges for over 29 years
Authored two textbooks (Calculus, Advanced Mechanics of Solids), 30 SCI-indexed International Journal Publications and about the same number of conference publications.
Recipient of the best researcher award of the year 2011 from CERD, Government of Kerala and VMK JOHN best teacher award of 2020 from ISTE, Delhi.
Completed 3 research projects with ISRO and guided 7 PhD students.
