Bio

Dr. Devi M is currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Samhita and Sanskrit Siddhanta at Amrita School of Ayurveda, Amritapuri. She holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from Santhigiri Ayurveda Medical College, Palakkad, during the year 2017. Following her undergraduate studies, she served as a duty doctor at Dharma Ayurveda Siddha Clinic in Adyar, Chennai.

Dr. Devi pursued her Post Graduate Degree in Samhita, Sanskrit, and Siddhanta with First rank from Amrita School of Ayurveda from 2019 to 2022. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has actively participated in numerous national and international seminars, presenting papers on various topics. She is also involved in community engagement by conducting awareness programs and organizing national seminars and events. She joined as the faculty of Amrita School of Ayurveda on January 2024.

  • Worked as duty doctor under the guidance of Dr.Dharmalingam, Chairman, Dharma Ayurveda medical college & Hospital and Director of Dharma group of institutions, Sreeperumbadur, Chennai.

  1. Contributed towards digitization of ‘the clinical case records of cancer patients treated by Dr. C.P. Mathew at Cherian Ashram’ Kottayam as a part of the ongoing project titled “Ayurveda Interventions for Cancer: Systematic review’Meta- analysis and Revival, documentation, Validation, and Analysis of data from practitioner’s institutes (AIC: SRMA, RDVAD)” executed by CCRAS institute Mumbai’
  2.  Prepared Syllabus and took class on “Healthy Living Practices through Ayurveda” for the students of CLTP- Community Leadership Training Programme – organized by Amrita School of Spiritual Sciences, Amritapuri.
