Our Faculty

Suresh is in his first year as a part time PhD scholar at ASB. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication from National Institute of Technology, Warangal and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has taken up diverse roles during his career of over  30 years  in the IT industry.

His field of study is Human Resources  and Organisation Behaviour. His research interests include learning and development, innovation, employee motivation and performance management.
