This school offers wide and attractive trainee-ships to Undergraduate and Masters Students. They have agreements with many companies and institutions from different sectors that provide about 250 trainee-ships every academic year. About 400 BSc and MSc and 40 PhD students complete their studies and get placed in many national and international companies every year.
The School of Agricultural, Food and Biosystems Engineering (Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Agronómica, Alimentaria y de Biosistemas, ETSIAAB) carries out an intense research work, structured into thirty-two Research Groups, some of which perform their activity in one of the three Research Centres associated to the ETSIAAB.T he areas of research are: food industry, plant production, animal production, biotechnology, plant breeding, genetic resources, rural engineering and modelling, natural and environmental resources, economy, management and rural development.
