Abstract : This research presents a wireless charging system for electric vehicles, that utilizes a novel combination of series to series compensation, Resonant inductive power transfer (RIPT) technology and equal power balance control to deliver 7.7 kilo-Watt of power to the EV's battery. The proposed system utilizes a 25 centimeter air gap between the charging pad and the EV's battery to transfer power wirelessly. The system aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the wireless charging process by using series to series compensation to reduce power loss and increase the transfer efficiency, using RIWPT there is equal power balance control to ensure that the power is distributed evenly between all the connected EVs. This will prevent the overloading of the charging system and ensure a stable and safe charging process. This technology can be a great solution for places where traditional wired charging is difficult to implement. MATLAB/ Simulink tool is used to validate the performance and verify the results of the proposed model.
