Abstract : In this contemporary world of business, Customer Churn is emerging as one of the major concerns for various business organizations. Loss of customer will not only result in profit or loss but also develops the threat for overall business operations. Recently, the telecommunication companies are facing significant challenges due to the wide number of enthusiastic and competitive service providers. Therefore, it becomes very hard to retain the existing customers. In this paper, we have implemented an Exploratory Data analysis using Visualization, statistical tests for feature selection and Data mining methods for predicting the likely churners by utilizing a Logistic Regression Model.
