Abstract : SwastyaSIM is a simulation-based, multilingual, interactive learning environment designed to supplement the training of community health workers. It includes medical training and diagnostic tests relevant to common village ailments that are designed to be sensitive to socio-cultural perspectives. This platform supports training, reporting and assessing health workers. Findings from a pilot study with health workers are discussed
