The proposed thesis aims at to study the factors influencing adoption, acceptance and recommendation of mhealth among the Health care providers – Front line Health workers, Physicians, Pharma representatives. The factors influencing adoption, acceptance and use of mhealth apps among the Health care Consumers – i.e patients will also be studied. A combination of the Diffusion of Innovation, Unified Theory of Acceptance & Use of Technology, Internet Customer Trust Model and the Task Technology Fit Model will be adopted for a quantitative analysis
