As part of the Amrita IQAC, Dr. Raghu Raman, Director, AmritaCARE(Amrita Centre for Accreditation, Rankings & Eminence), Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus, chaired a presentation on “Sci-ROI 2020, (Virtual) Annual Meeting, 2020 in association with Purdue University & WINStep Forward on September 13, 2020. Dr. Raghu Raman was one of the Panelists under Private Academic Institution Panel and presented about Amrita’s Journey towards Institute of Eminence(IoE).
Sci-ROI (Science and Research Opportunities in India) (sci-roi.net), a U.S. based non-profit organization, is a gateway for young researchers in the U.S. to access professional opportunities across academic and private sectors in India. Top experts from the Indian scientific community attended the event to help graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career scientists gain more insights on opportunities and funding in the domain of academia, industry, entrepreneurship, and non-traditional careers.
