Bio

Dr. P. Selvaraj currently serves as an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Mathematics, Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Chennai campus, India.

Dr. P. Selvaraj completed his B.Sc. degree in Mathematics from Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraja College of Arts and Science, Pollachi (2009) and M.Sc. degree in Mathematics from the Department of Mathematics, Bharathiar university, Coimbatore (2011). He also passed the Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test (SET) for Lectureship (2017). He received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Department of Mathematics, Anna University, Chennai (2017). His research focuses on systems and control theory, anti-disturbance-based control scheme, autonomous vehicle, event-triggered communication-based control design.

He has over 10 years of experience in research. He was a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the National Board for Higher Mathematics, India. He has published 48 research articles in highly reputed international journals with cumulative impact factor 191.8. Also, he has received 1205 citations for his publications in Scopus (As on 09-07-2024).

He worked as post-doctoral researcher at Chungbuk National University, South Korea from 01.08.2017 to 26.06.2024. He is honored with Excellent Researcher Award for 2021 from Chungbuk National University, South Korea.
