A 3D Printing Workshop was conducted for school children of Amrita Vidyalayam Puthiyakavu, Kerala, by the Second Foundation Makerspace team of Ammachi Labs from June 24-26, 2019.
The 3D Printing workshop, with its unique delivery conducted for school children by the Second Foundation Makerspace team, successfully integrated curricular topics such as Coordinate Geometry and Trigonometry with Motion Mechanics and 3D Printing at the school level. Through this workshop, the school children got to build their own 3D systems towards understanding coordinate positioning and the role of high school mathematics in all this. The children also learnt to work with Arduino, servos, and the Ultimaker 2 3D printer at their Atal Tinkering Lab (Atal Innovation Mission).
