Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is mentoring several universities and higher educational institutions pan-India in terms of conducting workshops, training programs, and conducting Academic and Administrative Audits (AAA). As part of this IQAC outreach program, Dr. Prashant R. Nair, Vice-Chairman – IQAC, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore campus, conducted an Online Quality Improvement Workshop for the faculty of management and engineering of Marwadi University, Rajkot, Gujarat on 5 & 6 March, 2024 respectively. He covered Criterion 1,6, 7, and 8 of the NBA accreditation manual covering topics such as formulation of vision, mission, and Program Educational Objectives (PEO), Course Outcome (CO) design & attainment, Course file preparation, CO-PO mapping, first-year academics, faculty contributions, and closing the loop. Dr. Vaishali Jain and Dr. Nikunj Rachchh, IQAC coordinators of the faculties of management and engineering of Marwadi University, presided over the online workshop, which was attended by 75+ faculty members of the university.
