Mrs. Krutika Madhusudhan, a seasoned HR professional with 18 years in the IT industry, evolved from an HR Management Trainee at TCS in 2005 to a multifaceted leader. Her expertise includes analytics, financial management, and strategic talent development. She held roles as a Contract and Commercials Manager in Sydney and served as a Regional Head of HR Resource Management. An alumnus of Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore, from the 2005 batch.
Mrs. Krutika Madhusudan, speaker at the 6th colloquium session for the academic year 2023–24, discussed “Various Dimensions of Human Resources and its Impact on Business Today.”

Accompanied by Mr. Madhusudan, also an Amrita School of Business alumnus from the 2004 batch, Mrs. Kruthika, the first person placed at TCS from her batch, emphasized the pivotal role individuals play in organizations. Highlighting TCS’s recruitment, she focused on the National Qualifier Test (NQT) to reduce training costs and stressed the importance of employee satisfaction and ongoing skill advancement. Additionally, she recommended mastering tools like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, advocating awareness of emerging technologies like generative AI and quantum computing.

Towards the conclusion, Mr. Madhusudan shared insightful sales and marketing experiences, contributing valuable perspectives to benefit the audience.
