Job Title Technical Faculty - Learning & Development
Required Number 1
Qualification BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech with at least 3 years of experience in the industry
Job Description Technical Requirements Expertise in at least one of the following domains:

  • Problem Solving/DSA with Data Science, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning Problem Solving/DSA with Networks or Cyber Security Problem Solving/DSA with Competitive Coding, DBMS, OS, or Networks Problem Solving/DSA with Cloud Computing (AWS/GCP/Azure)

  • Deliver classroom lectures and lab sessions on core CSE subjects (Problem Solving, DSA, DBMS, OS, AI, ML, etc.).

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of High-Level (System) Design and Low-Level (Object-Oriented) Design.

  • Industry-level certifications in C/C++, Java, AWS, Linux, Networks, AI, ML, Cyber Security, or other core areas are highly desirable.

  • Conduct company-specific trainings to support student placements.

  • Develop placement guides, technical materials, and assessment content for students.

  • Conduct MCQ and coding assessments periodically to evaluate student progress.

  • Organize mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve student readiness. Prior experience in product development companies is a strong plus.

  • Willingness to conduct certification courses in emerging areas (Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Big Data, etc.).

  • Ability to explain concepts clearly and guide students in lab sessions, troubleshooting issues independently.

  • Motivate and mentor students in core subjects, projects, and career preparation.

  • Functional Requirements Coordinate with technical trainers across campuses for training, placement events, and other academic/technical initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and articulation skills.

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude. Receptive to student concerns and able to provide guidance effectively.

  • Ability to motivate and guide students in both academic and extracurricular activities.
