Bio

Dr. Ulhas K. Annigeri is a Mechanical Engineering professional and academician with 20+ years of blended experience across industry, technical training, and higher education. His career spans hands-on engineering roles, industrial training, and university teaching at reputed institutions, and he currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.

His journey began in the automotive and manufacturing sector, where he worked in engineering and process-planning roles, gaining practical exposure to manufacturing systems, component design, and production workflows. He later transitioned to technical training and academics, integrating real-world engineering practices into high-quality education.

At Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Dr. Annigeri contributes to outcome-based education, curriculum delivery, student mentoring, lab-based learning, and industry-academia initiatives. His passion lies in bridging engineering fundamentals with applied skills, nurturing innovation, and preparing students for evolving technology and manufacturing ecosystems.
