| Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of network infrastructure: This includes setting configurations and developing routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Software development for network systems: This involves writing code to automate network tasks, managing configurations, and integrating network systems with other software applications.
- Network troubleshooting and maintenance: Identifying and resolving network issues, ensuring smooth communication between devices and systems.
- Security implementation and management: Protecting networks from unauthorized access, threats, and cyberattacks.
- Network performance optimization: Monitoring network traffic, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing performance to meet business needs.
- Collaboration with other IT teams and vendors: Working with network engineers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient network environment. Qualifications
- Experience of Linux OS, Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS)/Kernel/TCP/IP, network protocols, software development
- Proficiency in Embedded systems programming, C/C++/Python/Go Lang programming languages and Linux libraries.
- Networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other protocols are essential for understanding and managing network communication.
- Highly skilled in Linux operating systems and internal structures
- Knowledge of network protocol stack, and hardware architecture, platforms
- Experience with Network traffic analysis, Wireshark, Data Analytics
- Should be familiar with high performance and secure coding principles
- Experience working with API, webhooks and custom queries to ingest data, SPLUNK, ELK, MongoDB, SQL, Postgres DB
