Mass communication, the art of delivering influential messages to a vast audience, permeates every aspect of modern human existence and surrounds us in every sphere of life. At the department of Mass Communication, we equip students in an array of occupational streams, such as, advertising, public relations, marketing communication, print and multimedia journalism, photography, film studies and television production, design, new media, and media research, among others. Through a judicious mix of theory, research, practical approaches, and industry collaborations, we prepare students to be make a difference to the society and to meet the ever-evolving industry demands.
