Dear Readers,

We are pleased to present the third edition of our e-magazine, Rasatantra.

We are happy to see the growing interest on our e-magazine, equally by the contributors and readers.

This edition contains four articles, related to various facets of Chemistry, coming from different parts of the world. Renowned Nano-chemists, Prof. Oxana V. Kharissova and Prof. Boris I. Kharissov from Mexico, have contributed an article about the ‘Solubilization and Dispersion of Carbon Nanotubes and Other Carbon Allotropes.’ Dr. Prasenjit Saha from National Tobacco Testing Laboratories Guwahati, has written an article for us, about the ‘Chemistry of Tobacco and its health impacts’. Along with these, we have an article from Dr. Keyan Bennaceur and his group from Department of Physics, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri, shedding some lights on their ongoing research project, Development of portable spectrophotometer for milk quality analysis. The last article we have here, is by Dr. Sharma S.R.K.C. Yamijala from University of California, Riverside, which talks about doing ‘chemistry with computers’.
