Silpa.S has a P.G in English Language and Literature from University of Kerala , India. She is an Assistant Professor (Sr. Gr.) of School of School of Arts, Humanities and Commerce at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (University), Amritapuri, Kerala, India from November, 2015. She also has 2 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in M.M.N.S.S college, Konni. Silpa.S has qualified UGC NET exam in 2012 and has 8 publications including journal papers and conference publications.

In November 2015, Silpa.S was appointed as an Assistant Professor at School of Arts, Humanities and Commerce of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus, Kerala, India
