Job Description Plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing, partner management, and operational excellence of Amrita University’s Online degree programs. Bridges external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration, high service standards, and continuous market growth.
Key Responsibilities

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Active member of the Amrita Online Marketing team, focusing on channel and corporate partner management.

    • Work with internal teams for service excellence and operational efficiency.



  • Partner & Client Management:

    • Liaison between external partner teams and internal stakeholders.

    • Manage and resolve partner queries on admissions, operations, and payments by assigning and tracking tickets/solutions.

    • Maintain strong partner relationships for long-term collaboration.

    • Support partner onboarding, training, and evaluate partner business needs.



  • Operational Support:

    • Oversee student data mapping, generate reports, resolve queries.

    • Follow up on admission reports and projections.

    • Provide marketing/sales support and maintain CRM database.



  • Growth & Strategy:

    • Offer recommendations for market growth.

    • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.

    • Prepare documentation for partnership activities.



  • Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure partnerships meet regulatory and compliance standards.

    • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation.



  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • CRM proficiency, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, detail-oriented, knowledge of compliance in education partnerships, willingness to travel.
