Job Description	We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Laravel Developer to join our in-house development team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building clean, scalable backend solutions and eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our core backend systems and APIs while contributing to the overall architecture and performance of the platform.
Key Responsibilities	Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel (v8+) Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services Optimize application performance and improve database query efficiency Collaborate closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers Review and maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing, and code reviews Manage Git workflows, including feature branching and pull request processes Ensure application security, stability, and performance Debug and resolve bugs and production-level issues promptly
Required Skills	Minimum 4 years of experience with PHP and Laravel (v8 or above) Strong understanding of OOP, MVC, and common design patterns Proficient in MySQL, including schema design and advanced query optimization Experienced in REST API development and third-party integrations Skilled in Git-based version control systems (GitHub, GitLab) Comfortable with Linux CLI tools and deployment pipelines Familiar with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical thinking Effective verbal and written communication skills
Education & Work Environment	Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Full-time, office-based role (no remote or freelance positions) Must be capable of leading backend initiatives independently or within a collaborative team environment
