Abstract : The Motive of the “UAV-based Solar Powered Animal and Human Health Monitoring and Tracking” is to monitor the vitals of both animals and humans and track them if necessary. This method has proven that it is the most efficient and unthreatening way to mitigate any type of health risk to both animals and human beings. Considering the recent climate degradation and its resources, monitoring and tracking wildlife is necessary. The system is integrated with a pulse sensor, temperature sensor, GSM, and GPS, where the pulse sensor and temperature sensor collect and monitor the vitals of the body, and using the GSM an alert signal with the GPS co-ordinates is transmitted to the server or the ground station. The obtained GPS data is then processed using a Machine Learning algorithm where the GPS data is fed to the Mission Planner Software. UAV upon receiving the commands from the Mission Planner Server the UAV is navigated to the Distress Location and acts as an automated machine that can be used to collect and monitor the live conditions i.e., Surveillance at that distress location until the response team is sent to the place where distress signal is received, dropping medicines or food supplies with the help of UAVs. By using this mechanism, we can reduce any health risks by identifying the fluctuations in the vitals of both animals and humans so that this method can save many lives.
