Job description
| Develop, plan, and execute PR and outreach strategies to increase visibility and draw high-quality student inquiries for institution programs and courses.
- Lead and manage events such as open houses, seminars, school/college visits, career fairs, presentations, and road shows, both online and offline.
- Create and manage marketing collateral for campaigns, including brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Maintain positive relationships with target schools, colleges, partners, and prospective students through personal interactions and ongoing engagement efforts. Admissions and Outreach Campaign Execution • Drive enquiry generation to meet student admission targets by executing multiple outreach campaigns and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback from students and partners, using insights to optimize campaign approaches and outreach messages.
- Facilitate lead management: Handle the conversion funnel—collect, qualify, and nurture leads till application or admission.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, admissions, IT) and external agencies (media, partners) for seamless campaign planning, execution, and closure. Communication & Reporting
- Support and maintain a strong social media presence and update the admissions section of the school/university website with accurate, timely information.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students or parents regarding admissions, scholarships, and programmes.
- Participate in data management, reporting, and analysis for outreach efforts, including application tracking, admissions statistics, and competitor mapping. Administrative and Team Duties
- Prepare departmental reports, plan budgets for PR/outreach events, manage databases, and collaborate with various verticals to achieve organizational objectives.
