| Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Media / Graphic Design / Communication Design or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro; working knowledge of Dreamweaver or equivalent web tools.
- Solid understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.

- The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the end-to-end creation of visual communication for campaigns across print, digital, web, and video.
- This role is responsible for translating communication objectives into compelling visual stories that strengthen the brand and engage diverse audiences.
- The designer will conceptualise and execute creative ideas for social media, websites, emailers, brochures, posters, event branding, title graphics for videos, and other marketing collaterals.
- Working closely with the communications, content, web, and video teams, the Senior Graphic Designer will understand briefs, propose design directions, and deliver high-quality outputs within timelines.
- The role includes developing visual identities, maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, preparing print-ready artwork, and ensuring design consistency across all platforms.
- The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, coordinate with vendors and printers, and contribute to brainstorming and campaign planning.
- Strong mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, a solid sense of typography, layout, and colour, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
