Job Description
| Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, processing, and maintaining project-related documentation, including Work Orders (WOs), Purchase Requests (PRs), and correspondence files.
- Coordinate between internal departments, vendors, and contractors for approvals, submissions, and updates.
- Support project planning activities by maintaining progress reports, schedules, and tracking project deliverables.
- Organize and record minutes of meetings, follow up on assigned actions, and ensure timely communication across teams.
- Maintain accurate databases and filing systems for drawings, approvals, and statutory documents.
- Assist in budget monitoring, invoice verification, and expense tracking related to project activities.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for site visits, inspections, and official events. • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, confidentiality, and documentation standards.
- Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and summaries for management review.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Management, or a Diploma holder with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project administration or coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of project management tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
