Job Description The Junior Data Analyst will support the analytics team in collecting, processing, and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn data analysis tools and techniques while contributing to ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.

  • Perform descriptive and exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

  • Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

  • Support and prepare summary reports for management review.

  • Collaborate with senior analysts to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking systems.

  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and documentation across projects.

  • Participate in data quality audits and support automation of repetitive reporting tasks. Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is an added advantage.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

  • Ability to communicate findings clearly through written reports and presentations.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a data-focused environment. Preferred Qualities

  • Internship or academic project experience in data analysis or business analytics.

  • Understanding of database management concepts.
