Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all building and interior-related drawings, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and timely updates.


• Prepare, review, and process Work Orders (WOs) and Purchase Requests (PRs) related to building construction and interior works.


• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved as per schedule.


• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to approved designs and specifications.


• Assist in drafting, revising, and reviewing construction and interior layout drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with design and regulatory standards.


• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondences, to ensure traceability and audit readiness.


• ⁠Identify, report, and resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain progress and quality standards.


• Cultivate effective working relationships with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to independently handle multiple building and interior projects within defined timelines.


• ⁠Knowledge of project management tools or software is advantageous.


• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
